Age Requirements

To register with rkntherapy.co.uk you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
If you are under the age of 18, a reservation may only be made by your parent or legal guardian.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use our website.

The term “RKN Therapy”, “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Saddlers Drive, Kettering, NN15 6FU, United Kingdom.

The website is operated by RKN PARTNER Ltd, which manages the RKN Therapy brand and is responsible for processing your personal data.

The term “you” refers to the user, customer, or viewer of our website.

Appointments and Booking Policy

  • A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • Deposits will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

  • Payments may be made online. If only a deposit is paid online, the remaining balance may be settled in cash or by card at the appointment.


Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

When paying your deposit online, please note the following rules:

  • Refundable Deposit (24h Policy): If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged to the payment method saved on our booking system (Timely).

  • Transferable Deposit: If cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may choose to transfer your deposit to another available appointment instead of requesting a refund.

Small Independent Business: As a small independent business, we are unable to absorb the costs of late cancellations or missed appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


Prices and Payment

  • All prices are displayed clearly at the time of booking.

  • Prices are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change.

  • From 2025, customers are required to pay either in full or by deposit to secure a reservation.

  • Payments can be made online via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer.

  • If you choose to pay only a deposit online, the remaining balance must be settled at the appointment by debit card, credit card, or cash.


Liability

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your booking for any reason, including, but not limited to, service unavailability or pricing/description errors.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.


Right to Amend These Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
